She has wowed fans with her ability to defy the ageing process and usually sports a trim and toned figure the envy of women half her age.
But as Demi Moore took to the red carpet last night she appeared to be barely there.
The 48-year-old actress was looking extremely petite and slightly gaunt as she attended the Samsung Hope For Children Gala in New York last night.

Demi, who was wearing a plunging black Louis Vuitton dress with sequinned and feather embellishment, appeared tiny as she posed for pictures.
In fact, the mother-of-three, appeared to have lost some of her killer curves which she is no stranger to showing off in Twitter pictures.

Perhaps it was the cut of her dress that made her appear so small or perhaps it was because of the way she was holding her arms by her side.
The actress accessorised with Jimmy Choo strappy black heels and was also wearing a Neil Lane ring.

Demi opened the event, which was held to raise money for children’s education and health related issues, by reciting a poem to the sounds of a saxophone.
The actress was dateless last night and did not bring along her husband Ashton Kutcher.
The actor and former model, 33, has recently been announced as Charlie Sheen's replacement on the American sitcom Two And A Half Men.
